Our precision targeting tool takes street address data from a .csv file (street address, city, state, ZIP) and serves display or video ads to devices that live within or frequent those addresses. The address data can come from any source, as long as the street addresses are included. This is accomplished by cross-referencing the GPS location data with geofence overlays of public property records, which provides a correspondence between GPS data and address data.

The result is that a consumer data list, customer list, or any other data with a physical address can be used to target digital advertisements down to the household level, without spillover to the neighbors. It’s like direct mail, but for digital marketing.
